Push-Up Bars – Iron Frame with Foam Grips, 14 cm Height

A pair of push-up bars with an iron frame and foam-padded handles. The 14 cm (5.5 in) height elevates the hands above the floor, allowing for a deeper range of motion during push-ups and positioning the wrists in a neutral angle.

Each bar measures 22 cm (8.66 in) in length and 12 cm (4.72 in) in width. Base tube diameter is 4 cm (1.57 in). The base features non-slip contact points to grip the floor during use on hard surfaces.
