Multi-Position Push-Up Board – ABS Plastic

A push-up board system with colour-coded handle positions. The board features multiple slots where the detachable handles can be placed to change hand positioning. Different positions shift emphasis to different muscle groups – the colour indicators correspond to chest (wide), back (narrow), shoulders (angled), and triceps (close grip).

Made from ABS plastic with a non-slip base. The handles are detachable and insert into the board slots. The board folds in half for storage, reducing from 59.94 × 18.03 cm (23.6 × 7.1 in) to 38.6 × 18.03 cm (15.24 × 7.1 in) when folded. Handle length is 18.03 cm (7.1 in).

The raised handles elevate the hands off the floor, allowing for a greater range of motion at the bottom of the push-up compared to floor push-ups.
