Multi-Grip Doorway Pull-Up Bar – Tungsten Steel, 181 kg Capacity

A doorway pull-up bar with multiple grip positions made from tungsten steel with sponge-padded handles. Mounts in a door frame using leverage – no screws, drilling, or permanent installation required. The bar braces against the door frame moulding when body weight is applied.

Fits door frame widths between 83.8–101 cm (33–40 in) with a frame depth less than 17 cm (6.7 in). Bar dimensions are 94 × 33 × 29 cm (37 × 13 × 11.5 in). Maximum weight capacity is 181 kg (400 lbs).

The multi-grip design includes wide, narrow, and neutral grip positions for pull-ups and chin-ups. The bar can also be placed on the floor for push-ups and dips using the side handles.

Removes from the door frame when not in use for storage.
