Adjustable Resistance Training Belt with Carabiner

A resistance training belt made from nylon (PA) with a metal carabiner attachment. The belt fits waist sizes from 84–116 cm (33.1–45.7 in) and adjusts using the strap to accommodate different body sizes.

The 158 cm (62.5 in) strap extends from the belt and attaches to a fixed anchor point, resistance band, or training partner via the carabiner. As the wearer moves forward, the strap creates resistance against the direction of travel. Belt height is 42 cm (16.5 in).

Used for resisted sprints, sled-free resistance running, and partner-assisted speed drills. The adjustable straps allow the belt to be tightened for a secure fit during dynamic movements.
